Raytheon

I spent 6 years working at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems in El Segundo, CA as  Senior Systems Engineer.

UPDATE: based on my experience while at Raytheon, I was nominated in 2021 to serve as the Secretary for the AIAA Space Systems Technical Committee. Our committee consists of the top ranking engineering personnel from NASA and the US Aerospace Industry. We meet throughout the year to determine funding opportunities for engineering students and discuss important decisions to support US Space Policy.

While at Raytheon, I worked on a variety of technologies and systems for satellite applications, largely in the areas of mission modeling and simulation.

Programs I supported at Raytheon had major milestones in Electro-Optics and Infrared Surveillance, as well as Air to Ground Tracking.

One output of my work was a multi-program radiometric analysis tool which I wrote in MATLAB. I presented my work at an Electro Optics and Space Technology conference organized by Raytheon.

I also supported data analysis efforts by automating scripts for processing test data from a major Raytheon program. My work was a significant accomplishment for the company.
